Responsibilities

• Application Support to include implementation of upgrades
• Configuration and installation of new and upgraded PC’s, Laptops & Printers
• Setup Network and Local printers
• Patching of network ports
• Being Mac certified I had to place orders with Apple Australia for spares
• Training Staff during MS Exchange move
• Desktop support for over 200 Apple Macintosh Computers
• Impart Training to Staff
• Liaise with external suppliers for hardware parts and purchasing
• Hardware repair for Apple Macintosh Computers
