Involvement

Responsibilities

• Desktop Support
• 2nd level support skills on Mac OS X / Exchange 2003 environment
• 2nd level support skills on Windows XP / 2000 /Exchange 2003
• Application Support to include implementation of upgrades
• Configuration and installation of new and upgraded PC’s, Laptops & Printers
• Setup Network and Local printers

Others Roles

• Patching of network ports
• Logging incidents and service requests in the Helpdesk system
• Being Mac certified I had to place orders with Apple Australia for spares
• Training Staff during MS Exchange move

Achievements

• Desktop support for over 200 Apple Macintosh Computers
• Impart Training to Staff
• Liaise with external suppliers for hardware parts and  purchasing
• Hardware repair for Apple Macintosh Computers
