- 2nd level support skills on Mac OS X / Exchange 2003 environment
- 2nd level support skills on Windows XP / 2000 /Exchange 2003
- Application Support to include implementation of upgrades
- Configuration and installation of new and upgraded PC’s, Laptops & Printers
- Setup Network and Local printers
Others Roles
- Patching of network ports
- Logging incidents and service requests in the Helpdesk system
- Being Mac certified I had to place orders with Apple Australia for spares
- Training Staff during MS Exchange move

- Desktop support for over 200 Apple Macintosh Computers
- Impart Training to Staff
- Liaise with external suppliers for hardware parts and purchasing
- Hardware repair for Apple Macintosh Computers
